Kenneth Yardy
Special Legal Counsel
Kenneth was the principal of a Boutique Liquor & Hospitality Law Practice for over 20 Years where he provided the full suite of legal services to his Hospitality clients.
Originally a NSW Police Detective & Academy Lecturer prior to becoming a Lawyer, he has acted for Licensees, Hotel Groups, Registered Clubs, Major Events, Developers, Government Authorities and other law firms. He has also presented seminars on Licensing and other legal topics to TAFE, TVED & Legalwise. More recently he became a Casual Teaching Fellow in the Faculty Of Law & Justice at the University of NSW.
His involvement with the legal system spans three decades and this breadth of experience is invaluable in dealing with client matters every day. Continually furthering his education, Kenneth’s skills are constantly being challenged and refreshed for the benefit of his clients. He also volunteers at the UNSW Kingsford Legal Centre Criminal Advice nights, Coogee Surf Club and the Cricketers Club of NSW.
